Beginning October 1st, 2024, Archway HOA Management is now partnering with FSPay to process credit/debit card payments.
PayLease payments can still be made until December 31st, 2024. Any existing reoccurring payments with PayLease will need to be changed to the new FSPay system before December 31, 2024.



FSPay is an integrated payment system that allows owners to pay HOA dues through credit/debit cards as well as bank accounts.
Since FSPay is integrated with Caliber Software, payments will be processed faster than past payments with PayLease.

FS Pay requires the creation of an account through the Caliber Portal.
Please make sure we have your current email address is on file with Archway HOA Management before you create your account.
