Please note: Archway HOA Management offers free Automatic Bank Drafts to pay your dues (See below for more information). This service may be set up on the Caliber Portal.
Balance Inquiries
Please use our web portal for balance inquiries. You will need the following information to create a login on our portal system. Select your association from the button at the top of the page and scroll down to the link for the Caliber Portal, or use the button below. Once there, you will need to create a login. The information you need to register is your account number and email address. Please make sure your email is on file with us before you try to create an account, or your account will not be created in the portal. A link will be sent to your address used to register to create a permanent login for the account. Individuals with multiple properties will need to create an account for each one. At this time, we do not have a way to combine the accounts under one login. When using an account number from a statement to register, please only use the first nine digits in the number on the statement. The last digit is for the account code.
When checking your balance and making payments:
Please note that any special assessments (Road assessments, Roof assessments, etc.) will only show up on the accounting tab inside the portal. The balance on the left side of the landing page is for dues only.
Online payments can be made through the portal and will show up immediately when FSPay has been used. FSPay may be used for credit/debit cards or bank accounts to make payments. They are a third-party service and do charge a fee for use.
If you wish to use a banking account, we highly recommend using our ACH System in the portal. Unlike FSPay, this service is free of charge, but it is only available for bank account transactions. You may sign up for this under the EFT/ACH tab on the portal and pay by monthly, quarterly, or yearly one-time payments (Depending on your associations payment schedule). For these ACH payments, please enter the start date on the first of the month when the charge appears that you wish to pay. For future payments, please enter the first day of the month you wish payments to begin. For yearly payments, please enter January 1st of the year you wish to make payments for. (Please note that if you wish to make payments for past due or older payments, or to catch up your balance, you will need to enter the 1st day of the month when the payment was posted on your account.) Payments will be drafted from your account around the 15th of the month after the start date you have set. Payments may be drafted a day or two earlier or later depending on holidays and weekends around the 15th.
Checks may be mailed in to the address below, but it may take more time to clear and be posted to your account due to manual entry and postal delays. Online bank payments are sent by check and these delays will also apply to them.
